DESCRIPTION OF BUG: 

Golden Parser shows an error for "characters limit of a line" having Model name and its description 
under [Model selector] keyword. Total number of characters in reported line is less than permitted 
length (120 chracters).

Error massage by parser 4.2.2:

ERROR (line   18) - Model Descriptor string 'this is a model_description for CMOS receiver model RECEIVER_BUFFER1' is too long, truncating to 64 characters.

Errors  : 1

File Failed


According to IBIS version 4.2 specification:
