PARSER VERSION NUMBER:
    Found in beta Improved Golden IBIS Parser: IBISCHK2 V2.1.4 built for NT.
    Confirmed in official Golden IBIS Parser: IBIS_CHK V2.1.11 for DOS.

DESCRIPTION OF BUG:
    The parser continues to process an IBIS file even after the [End] keyword
    has been encountered.

    I realize that this may be a grey area.  The V1.1 and V2.1 specifications
    don't say much about the [End] keyword except that it marks the end of the
    IBIS file.  This implies (to me) that anything following the [End] keyword
    is either illegal or is ignored.  Therefore, I was surprised to find the
    parser behaving as if the [End] had not been encountered.
