DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

For Version 4.X and 5.X IBIS files, some file name length and column length
extensions are not supported:

Lines under [Model Selector] are permitted to extend to 120 characters.

Due to an oversight, the [Add Submodel] and [Submodel] keywords were not affected
by BIRD93.1,though the need for extending [Model] names applies also to [Submodel]
names.

The test file reports these errors:

E4019 (line   23) - Model Descriptor string '2345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890' is too long, truncating to 40 characters.
E4019 (line   24) - Model Descriptor string '56789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890' is too long, truncating to 77 characters.
E0212 (line   32) - Add Submodel Name Over 20 Characters Long
E2412 (line   41) - Sub Model Name Over 20 Characters Long
