DESCRIPTION OF BUG:

We have encountered several [Model]s in which the model maker mistakenly
specified a larger value for Vinl than for Vinh.  This could cause
convergence problems if your input voltage ends up in the range between
the given Vinl and Vinh.  If you end up in this region, then no matter
what "state" the device is in it thinks it should be in the other.

Having the parser issue a warning if Vinl > Vinh would be helpful.
