After a review of the minutes of the 01 SEP meeting,
Arpad Muranyi moved to approve the minutes.

  [AR] Michael will fix editorial typo described in email from parser developer.

  [AR] Michael will merge the edited section 10.9 back into the whole
  specification document. As part of this task, Michael will scrub the section
  10.9 document for correct font style and size.

  [AR] Michael will review the remaining tables for consistency in format and
  data with the other tables.

  [AR] Arpad will provide some more details in the BIRD and send it to the

  Bob asked to review keywords being 'required'.
  
  Reviewed comments from Michael in Arpad's Bit_time BIRD draft. Arpad noted the page references are relative to the IBIS 7.0 document.  Michael requested a figure be added to clarify PAM4 vs. NRZ signalling.  Arpad preferred that be part of editorial and not the BIRD.  In the "UI" definition, changed "data rate frequency" to "symbol rate". Revised the full paragraph to better describe UI for NRZ and PAM4.  Randy noted the text under Section 10.7 is quite different between the BIRD (based on 7.0) and the existing text in 7.1.  The differences will need to be reconciled later.
  
  [AR] Michael to send out the BIRD draft2 to the email reflector.
  
  Table 48 relates to Interconnect Modeling.  Table 50 relates to EMD but has the same table heading as table 48.  Added "EMD Models" to the table 50 title and "Interconnect Models" to the table 48 title.
