After a review of the minutes of the 22 SEP meeting,
Randy Wolff moved to approve the minutes.
Weston Beal seconded.

agenda:
  The group continued the review of AMI parameters required status in table 41.
  The definition and use of the "required" field is as decided last week.
  Component_name and Signal_name are not required. Michael added a note into
  the table that these 2 parameters must be specified together. Repeater_type
  changed to required = No and the dependence is specified in the usage text of
  [Repeater Pin].
  
  The group discussed the idea that parameter Tx_V should not be illegal. The
  specification says it is illegal if no Ts4File parameter. The specification
  is less restrictive with parameters in other areas. The work to make the
  parameters optional or illegal requires work in editing, BIRDs, and parser
  revision. The group decided to leave this matter as is, and add a note to
  table notes.
