After a review of the minutes of the 29 SEP meeting,
Arpad Muranyi moved to approve the minutes.

  Michael Mirmak sent draft13 to email reflector.

agenda:
  Offline review of draft13 brought up the topic of Terminals in [EMD models]
  from Arpad. The group discussed the list of lists of where terminals can be
  connected to EMD pins or Designator pins. What is the intent of this list,
  and is it complete? After some discussion, the group changed the sentence
  before the list to clarify that these are typical examples, not exclusive.

  Randy mentioned that table footnotes appear out of order in some tables. 
[AR] Michael said he would edit them to appear in order.
  
  Michael reviewed the editing task list. There was a task to Arpad to update a
  figure that labels some blocks as DLL and should be changed to Executable.
  The figure was edited in one of the previous drafts. It is now correct.
  
  The term alphanumeric is used in various places in the specification but is
  not clearly defined. It has not been a user issue so far. We will leave this
  issue unresolved for this version.
  
  The fields signal_name in EMD can be refer to a bus_label. There is an
  inconsistency in the length limits of these fields. We will leave this issue
  unresolved for this version.
  
  The specification should have an explicit rule disallowing bus_label on a
  second signal_name in EMD.
[AR] Arpad will search the specification text to see if this illegal condition
 is already stated.
