agenda:
  The parser developer asked a question about terminals in the C Comp Model
  section. Can A_gnd be a terminal for File_TS in C Comp Model? The intent is
  the same as in Interconnect Model and EMD. Clarifying statements were copied
  from the Interconnect Model section to explicitly define the permitted use of
  A_gnd for the N+1 terminal of File_TS.

  The group reviewed the editing task list to confirm completed tasks. 
  
    [AR] Michael will update the specification list of BIRDs and add a summary
  statement of this version in section 1.

  Added BIRD214 (bit_time) and BIRD215 (supersedes 201.1) to the list in the
  specification and to the task list.
  
    [AR] Arpad and Bob will search the specification text to see if the
  specification has an explicit rule disallowing bus_label on a second
  signal_name in EMD.

    [AR] Michael will send the updated task list to the email reflector.
