After a review of the minutes of the 20 OCT meeting,
Arpad Muranyi moved to approve the minutes.
Weston Beal seconded.
The minutes were approved.

actions status:
  Michael sent draft16 and draft17 and the updated checklist spreadsheet.
  Arpad sent draft18 with an improvement to figure 42.


agenda:
  The group reviewed the checklist for uncompleted tasks.
    Task 4 - depends on open forum voting
    Task 6 - headers and footers
    Task 8 and task 9 checked in draft16 with notes in email about rules used
      in editing.

  The group reviewed the appearance of figure 42, after Arpad improved it. The
  correct copy and paste method made the figure most clear with correct
  appearance.
  
  Added headers of "IBIS Version 7.1" and footer with page number. This edit
  completes task 6 on the checklist.

  The group reviewed line spacing consistency before and after paragraphs.
  Column headers in tables are all centered.

  Some sections have sub-sections such as Usage Rules or Other Notes that have
  the labels but no text. The documents was edited to remove unused Other Notes,
  but keep Usage Rules to be filled in in the future.
  
  The group edited line spacing in Descriptor lists within AMI parameters to
  close spacing to keep consistency.
  
  Arpad motioned to submit draft19 to the open forum for acceptance voting.
  Randy seconded the motion.

  [AR] Michael will send the document as PDF to the IBIS open forum email list.
  The agenda for the open forum meeting can then include the link to the PDF file.
