agenda:
  Arpad brought up an issue with EMD pin names. The issue is that the rule to
  include in [Designator Pin List] in the EMD block must list ALL pins in a
  referenced IBIS [Component] pin list. Furthermore, NC is not allowed for the
  unreferenced pins. Each pin must have a unique signal_name. This seems overly
  burdensome on the EMD creator for no recognized advantage.

  Possibly a separate issue, one subckt call as ISS file has an error in the
  IBIS 7.1 parser. The parser error caused by that one file is not apparent to
  the task group members. The issue is a bug in the parser. The parser does not
  allow 2 space characters between SUBCKT and the subcircuit name.

  [AR] Bob will report a bug to the parser developer about the 2 space
  characters.
  
  Arpad proposed that the specification be changed to allow Signal_type = NC,
  or to not require every pin of all IBIS components be listed in the
  [Designator Pin List]. The task group agreed to keep the current requirement
  to list all pins with unique signal_name values so that we don't delay the
  acceptance of version 7.1.

  [AR] Randy will add to the known issues list:
    - relax requirement that all pins be listed in [Designator Pin List].
	- define "alphanumeric" as used in the IBIS specification.
