  Minutes from 2 JUN 2021 approved

review of Actions Required:
  Michael found a way that the date from the cover sheet can be referenced by
    all other date instances. More details in agenda minutes.

Agenda:
  Continued review of draft10 usage of "default" in AMI parameter tables.
  Some text copied from specification 7.0 into BIRD211 has a run-on
    sentence. This paragraph should be revised to be less confusing.
  Michael created document property variables, "Date approved" and "Year
    approved" to be applied to dates throughout the document.
  [AR] Micheal to add a task on the tasklist to enter the actual approved date
    and year approved in the document property.
  Table 19 usage of Default is acceptable. The "--" value is defined in notes.
    Table 22 added Placeholder column. Should this column be added to Table
	19? Updated notes 3 and 4 from table 22 into other tables and added
	Placeholder column where applicable.
