  Minutes from 16 JUN 2021 approved

review of Actions Required:
  None

Agenda:
  Arpad reported that no new BIRDs are expected from the ATM group for
    specification version 7.1.
  Continued review of Default value usage in tables 34 & 37. Checked for
    consistent usage of "--" and the need for the Placeholder column.
	BCI_Protocol is "--" because if the parameter is not present then there is
	no default assumed or permitted. Clarified in the text of the specification
	that BCI_* parameters are illegal if BCI_Protocol is not present in the AMI
	file. Changed "statistical optimization" and "time-domain optimization" to
	say link training instead of optimization.
  The discussion of BCI_Trainig_Mode created some questions about the intent of
    "Both". 
  [AR] Arpad will question the ATM group to clarify the usage of "Both".
