review of Actions Required:
  Arpad Muranyi raised the question to the ATM group to clarify the usage of
  "Both" for BCI_Trainig_Mode. Michael Mirmak reviewed email messages, too. The
  meaning of Both is still not clear to the members of this group. From email
  discussion with Walter Katz and more discussion in the group, it appears that
  an editorial clarification of the intent of the feature is sufficient. The
  group would like Walter to attend the editorial meeting to clarify the intent
  of the function while the group can verify correct wording in the
  specification.

Agenda:
  The group found that section 10.9.1 and 10.9.2 appear to be about time-domain
  simulation, but are not titled as such. Since the Statistical training was
  added by a later BIRD, it makes sense to go back and add the Time-domain
  words to the section titles. 
  
  Michael started the discussion of the "=" (equal sign) that was brought up by
  Curtis Clark in email. There is at least one sentence in the text of the
  specification where = is used in describing assignment of non-numerical
  values to parameters. The text was changed to set to.
  
  Curtis pointed out that the specification states that the parameter
  AMI_Impulse is required. This parameter is not required in all cases, so the
  value was changed to No.
