Agenda:
   Reviewed section 10.9 BCI_Protocol with questions about consistency. Does
     the description of BCI_Training_Mode need to include the process step of
	 AMI_Close()? Walter Katz added details about the meaning of "both" for
	 training mode. The sub-sections of section 10.9 were created at different
	 times and need some editing to maintain consistency and clearly describe
	 the different training modes. Walter suggested that we restructure this
	 section to describe statistical training and time-domain training and both
	 training. Introduction paragraphs were edited to be more clear about the
	 dependence on the BCI_Training_Mode parameter value. The steps to call
	 AMI_Close were added to the steps in the sub-sections. The editing of this
	 section was not completed during the meeting. 
  
  [AR] Michael Mirmak will extract section 10.9 to a smaller document for
    off-line editing, and send this document to the task group.

  [AR] Michael will edit Tables 37 and 41 so the task group can review the
    edits in the meeting next week.
  
  Bob Ross suggested that the edits in section 10.9 are significant enough, in
  scope and possibly technical details, that the task group should submit a
  BIRD to document the changes and allow the open forum to approve the changes.
