Review of minutes:
  Minutes from 7 JUL 2021 approved

review of Actions Required:
  Michael Mirmak extracted section 10.9 and sent the document to the task group.

Agenda:
  Arpad Muranyi reviewed section 10.9 and highlighted words and phrases that he
    felt should be closely examined.
  Bob Ross commented that the amount of possible editing in this section might
    justify a new BIRD.
  The task group discussed many grammatical issues and word choices starting in
    section 10.9. The changes are all to clarify the meaning of statements or
	be consistent in style within the document. The task group did not finish
	editing section 10.9, so will continue the editing in the next meeting of
	the group.
  [AR] Michael to verify that the task list includes the review and correction
    of fonts in the final version of the document.
