Michael Mirmak convened the meeting and took minutes.

Arpad Muranyi moved to approve the minutes of the July 21 meeting. Randy 
Wolff seconded.  The minutes were approved.

Michael noted that the only AR from the last meeting was to update the 
task checklist to include review of fonts for consistency.  The checklist 
was last edited in June, and was updated in real time during the meeting.  

Bob Ross suggested to add an item to the checklist to cover a parser 
developer comment on the definition of "alphanumeric".  Additionally, the
developer asked about bus labels being associated with second signal name.  
A rule is needed to prohibit this.  Third, bus label and signal name have 
different length restrictions, but bus labels are implied to have the 
longer string window available when only the signal name is used.

Michael added these to the checklist.  The team agreed that no BIRDs 
are needed for these issues.

[AR] Michael will send the updated checklist to the reflector.

[AR] Michael to check the document for the terms "statistical" and 
"time-domain" to ensure they are lower case and that "time-domain"
uses the dash character.

The team reviewed the Section 10.9 document edited in the last meeting.
Michael has the AR to combine this document and the previous (separate)
10.9 document, and send the combined document to the reflector.  [AR]

Randy noted that a new phrase has been added to several section titles, 
"BCI_Training_Mode".  The text of several sections was made more consistent
and the statistical sections were reordered to appear first in 10.9.

However, one section was missing: COMBINED STATISTICAL AND TIME-DOMAIN 
TRAINING/ANALYSIS FLOW FOR CHANNELS WITH REPEATERS.  This should be 
supplied by Walter Katz. [AR]
