Arpad moved to approve. Randy seconded the motion. Minutes were approved. Review of Actions Required: Michael reviewed ARs from the November 17, 2021 minutes. All ARs were completed. Agenda: Michael showed the last editorial checklist used for IBIS 7.1 document development. A new document will be used for 7.2 starting with adding the IBIS 7.1 known issues list. Arpad noted a video showing how to edit a Word doc to avoid issues with the document getting too large and causing software issues. Randy added he could request a license, but it has a yearly cost. Arpad discussed allowing individuals to edit separate sections. Bob wanted to ensure one person (or this group) had final editorial approval. The group will try to start editing in Word for now. Arpad asked if a collection of sections in individual documents (a folio) would have each section re-starting on page 1. Michael will look into this [AR]. Michael will start a 7.2 Draft 1 from the final 7.1 Word document [AR]. The group reviewed the ver7_1_know_issues.docx document. It was found that items 1 and 4 were the same.
