Review of Minutes:
  Minutes from September 14, 2022 were reviewed.  Bob moved to approve.  Arpad 
seconded the motion.  Minutes were approved.

Review of Actions Required:
  Michael reviewed ARs from the September 14, 2022 minutes.

  Michael to research if a collection of sections in individual documents (a 
  folio) would have each section re-starting on page 1 [AR]
  - Michael looked at folio and portfolio concepts.  There is nothing unique 
    versus a page break and new chapter.  There is a concept of folios in PDF, 
    but Michael didn't find anything related to Word.  Arpad had read about 
    having separate files that combine into a final document.  Michael noted 
    advice from colleagues was to not use Word for documents over 200 pages.  
    Michael will look further at how to break up a large document into smaller 
    sections [AR].

  Arpad to propose some text to be added to the clock_times section for a 
  possible BIRD [AR]
  - Arpad sent a proposed BIRD draft for review by Michael and Randy.
  
  Bob to modify the tree diagram for the next draft [AR]
  - Bob sent this out for review. No changes were needed (no new keywords), 
    but Bob made minor changes that can accompany the final Version 7.2 document 
    on the website as supplemental information.

Agenda:
7.2 Draft 2 Review:
Michael showed the clock_times definition on page 229-230.  BIRDs 213 and 217 
both modify this section.  Arpad asked if there was a conflict between them.  
Michael was not sure. Reviewing the new text showed no conflicts in adding 
text from BIRDs 213 and 217.  Michael noted there was usage of clock ticks and 
clock times (and clock_times vector).  Clock ticks is used as a synonym of 
clock_times.  4 out of 9 usages of clock ticks were on the same page. No usage 
of clock ticks was found in any figures.  Several changes were made to replace 
clock ticks with clock times.  Some usage of "1/2 UI" related to sampling were 
found.  These need to be changed to reference the new definition including 
offset that exists in the clock_times definition section of AMI_GetWave.

Michael noted the BIRD draft by Arpad related to clock_times will need to be 
reviewed for changes just made to that section removing "clock ticks".
