Review of Minutes:
 - Minutes from October 19, 2022 were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to approve the
   minutes. Weston Beal seconded the motion. The minutes were approved.
 - Minutes from October 26, 2022 were reviewed. Arpad Muranyi moved to approve
   the minutes with a spelling correction. Randy seconded the motion. The
   minutes were approved.


Review of Actions Required:
 - Michael asked the EDA tool vendor who violates the AMI_parameters_in 
   behavior of passing output into the parameter string if they are willing to 
   correct this in their tool. The replied that they are looking in to it.
   remains open

 - Michael submitted the BIRD for AMI_parameters_in to the IBIS forum.


New Actions:
   none

 
Agenda:
The clock_times clarification BIRD is still in discussion. The BIRD at this 
time includes a new rule for models that output clocks. The data will be a 
waveform.

There might be a bug regarding [interconnect model group]. Interconnect model 
description in the specification implies that there must be a model within a 
set that is within a group. If the [Interconnect Model Group] keyword is 
missing (commented), the parser does not issue caution, warning, or error. The 
text of the specification might allow this. The group discussed the explicit 
requirements written in the specification to determine if the parser behavior 
complies with what is written. The specification was edited to help define the 
intent of the syntax. Michael submitted a bug report for this issue. The bug 
will be discussed later in the IBIS Quality task group.

Next week Michael and Weston will be traveling. Michael will send an email if 
the task group meeting next week needs to be cancelled.

Michael sent draft3 of the specification for review by the task group. He 
thinks that this draft is very nearly complete.
