Michael Mirmak convened the meeting.  No patents were declared. 
Justin Butterfield took minutes.


Review of minutes from the January 18, 2019 meeting:
Mike LaBonte moved to approve.  Bob Ross seconded.  Minutes were approved
without objection.


Review of ARs:
- Mike to post the working documents to the editorial task group page and send
  the final draft to the IBIS Open Forum.
  - Michael reported this is done.

- Michael to send out an announcement for Draft 2 of IBIS 7.0.
  - Michael reported this is done.


Opens:
- None.


Review of ver7_0_draft2.docx:
Mike found a number of broken references in the document.  Michael asked if
these were in the PDF.  Mike stated that these broken references exist in both
the MS-Word document and in the PDF.  He has a list of these that we can go
through.

Mike stated the first broken link is on page 8 where it says "repeater support
was added in Section 1.1", which does not exist.  Michael inserted a cross
references to the correct section, which is Section 10.8.

Mike commented, on page 49, there is a broken reference to what should be Figure
3.  Michael fixed this reference.

Mike commented, on page 187, there is the phrase "according to 0", but this
should be a reference to Figure 39.  Michael fixed this.  Michael also noticed
an issue with the Figure 41 title in the Reference editor with an extra
character, but the actual figure title was okay.  Mike suggested to check the
Table of Figures, which was also okay.  And, he suggested to update the Table of
Figures and the Table of Tables.  Michale did this, and it did not show any
issues.  Arpad Muranyi suggested to save the document as a PDF and check that as
well.  Michael noted we still need to change the draft number and copyright date
in the final release.  

Bob suggested to change the [Date] text from September 11, 2015 to March 15,
2019, and this is to be done in three locations.  He also suggested to change
the ratified date from "xxx" to March 15, 2019.  Michael made these changes.
Mike commented we do have to make a change to remove the word "draft".

Mike suggested to check the Edit links to files feature in MS-Word.  Michael
tried this in the document.  Mike noted the linked files are all local and
relative to the current document, which is good.

Mike moved to release this version as draft 3 to the open forum.  Arpad
seconded.  There were no objections.

Mike will post IBIS 7.0 draft 3 to the website [AR].  And, Michael will send
the announcement for IBIS 7.0 draft 3 [AR].

Bob asked if Michael will update his presentation for the summit.  Michael
stated he will do this.

Arpad noted a double space between the words "and" and "C_pin".  Bob suggested
to fix this before posting.

Bob stated that on his machine when he prints the PDF it loses the indentation
in the Table of Contents.  Michael stated he can try this by doing a save to PDF.

Mike moved to post this fixed version as draft 3.  Radek Biernacki seconded.
There were no objections.

We agreed to suspend future meetings until further notice.


Mike moved to adjourn.  Arpad seconded.  The meeting adjourned without
objection.
