Review of minutes:
  minutes from 3 March 2021 
  Randy moved to approve.  Bob seconded.  There were no objections.

Review of Actions Required:
No ARs to review.
Bob self-assigned an AR to update the keyword hierarchy. 
  
Agenda:
Tracking List Review. Michael added BIRD195 to the list shared last week.  This was sent out to the reflector.

Task list items 3 and 11 were reviewed.  

It was decided to address item 3 by adding statements to section 3.1 defining use of "/" and prohibiting use of "\".  A description was borrowed from the Supporting_Files Reserved Parameter definition.

Item 11 was addressed by adding a statement to section 10.1.1 equating "executable model file" with "DLL".  Bob suggested the figure in BIRD209 may need a statement added as a reminder.

Discussion started on task list item 13.  BIRD202.3 was reviewed for descriptions of column headers used as sub-parameters.  Randy took an AR to review IBIS Ver 7.0 and make a list of keywords using column headers as sub-parameter names. 

Actions Required:
1. Michael to send out Draft 2
2. Michael to send out the latest task checklist
3. Randy to send out list of keywords requiring review of column subparameter descriptions (for task list item 13)
