  review task list and draft2 issues A-11 and A-13; check of issue A-3;
    - altered task list to identify sections by a letter and sub-tasks with existing numbers so that tasks are referenced by letter and number.
    - task list updated from approved or pending BIRDs from last open forum. When will BIRD list be closed for v7.1? Randy reported that there is a strong interest in including BIRD210 in v7.1, so the IBIS committee is tentatively waiting on that. Michael added editorial changes from BIRD202.3 into issue tracking list in section B. These are issues reported just before the vote to approve BIRD202.3. The approval of BIRD202.3 included accepting these editorial changes.
	- issue A-13; The group discussed the exact usage of terms sub-parameter, column header, and argument (label, name, identifier). Changing some instances of "sub-parameter" might clarify the specification, but could be far-reaching and could cause other confusion in some instances. The group will discuss this further to decide if these terms need to be further clarified throughout the specification.
