  minutes from 24 MAR 2021 approved

review of Actions Required:
  Michael Mirmak sent draft3 and draft4 of the specification.
  Michael sent the updated task list.
  Randy Wolff sent the edited BIRD202.3 as 202.4ed to include editorial issues.
  
agenda:
  Review draft4 changes that Michael made in AMI topics.
  Michael presented draft5 which corrects a typo in the BIRD list of version 2.1.
  Discussion of which section to include AMI parameter DC_offset and further general
    idea of how to organize the description of the parameters. Should the parameters
    be listed alphabetically, by order they are expected in an actual file, or some
    other way?
  We should order the AMI parameters that are listed within tables in alphabetical
    order.
  Review again the editorial issue of "DLL" versus "executable" because of adding
    a BIRD in draft2. There are instance of "DLL" in a figure that we would have to
    edit. For now, we will rely on the text to clarify that the usage of "DLL"
    refers to the OS-specific executable format.
  Edited text of Terminal_type A_gnd that was changed in BIRD202.3. This changes
    "N+1th" to "line with N+1."
  We still need an official list of BIRDs that are approved for inclusion in
    specific version 7.1.
  Our major agenda item for next meeting should be to review the editorial changes
    of BIRD202.3.
