  Weston Beal started tests of Google Docs for stability.

  [AR] Weston Beal will do some more tests of Google Docs for specification
       editing. Compare feature in Word is an option to find changes.
  
  review editing task list and changes in draft7:
  table of contents corrected by fixing section heading and automatically
    updating.
  table of figures corrected.
  table of tables updated and corrected.
  text of BIRD202.3 (revised) incorporated into draft7.
  heirarchy table created by Bob Ross included into draft7.
  discussion of text to clarify parameter, Aggressor_Only. Different text for
    [EMD Group] and [Interconnect Model] is accepted.
  Look at BIRD212 to see if it's included in draft specification. This should
    not be included in the draft until the BIRD is officially approved.
