  Michael did not have time to investigate linking dates.
  29 APR 2021 - Arpad Muranyi edited the figure that includes "DLL" and changed
    the text to "executable."

  Review of draft10; descriptions under [Voltage List] edited to be more clear
  and consistent. The text of <terminal number> was made consistent. Revised
  figure 42, to change DLL to executable.
  
  Topics listed for review in next meeting are rail terminals <entry> usage and
  defaults throughout the AMI file syntax.
