  Bob noted BIRD212 is approved and requires minor editing to make the change.
	Edits made in Draft 10.
	Michael to add BIRD212 to spreadsheet task list [AR]
	
  Rail terminals <entry> usage.
	Michael asked if <entry> is used anywhere as an argument to a parameter.  It is for List_Tip.
	Changed List_Typ to show <entry> instead of <default_entry>.
	Decided <entry> is ok for Rail terminal descriptions on page 375.
	
  General Reserved Parameters section 10.4
    For example, Table 19 needs consistency defining usage of "--" or "None"
	In Table 19, removed "placeholder" and changed to note "--4"
	Changed Table 22 notes for consistency with Table 19
	Table 25, changed Rx_Clock_PDF and Tx_Jitter defaults to 0 from undefined
	Table 25, added "--" in Tx_SJ_Frequency
