Arpad Muranyi noted, as part of the minutes review, that BIRD128 does not belong as part of IBIS 5.1. He added that BIRDs 116, 117.3, 118.2 were missing. Michael Mirmak will send out a revised list of BIRDs and corresponding specification version associations. Michael Mirmak reviewed Pass 1 of the draft IBIS 5.1 document. Comments included: - Use lower-case on section 6a, 6b, 6c titles (Walter Katz, Bob Ross) - Consider using “Chapter” rather than “Section” (Arpad Muranyi) - Future passes should use chapter.figure and chapter.table numbering - NA vs. “NA” and NC vs. “NC” should be verified - Consider changing the keyword hierarchy from Section 3.1 to 3a - Insert missing captions on figures and tables - Add shading or highlighting to active links in the document - Revise Section 6c to include only the traditional keyword text, with new style enforced; remaining material to be moved to Section 10 Walter Katz provided a brief overview of the PCI-SIG and IEEE styles. A second Pass will be generated with these and other changes for an upcoming meeting.
