No patents were declared. Michael reviewed the agenda topics: - Numbered tracking list of known issues to resolve? - Where to post documents? - Shall the Interconnect Task Group remain suspended? Review of previous minutes: Michael M.: The archives URL points to the Interconnect Task Group. Mike, Radek, No objections. AR Review: Mike will start a basic tracking list for issues, based on 6.1 and 7.0 known issues documents, plus Bob's existing list of changes needed. [AR] - Done. An Excel spreadsheet was sent to the list. Arpad requested his changes sent to the reflector be added to the tracking list. Mike will do this. [AR] - Done. Michael took the AR to distribute the draft to the reflector. [AR] - Done. Due to attachment size it had to be posted to the web archive and a link sent. It might be possible to increase the list message size limit. Main Discussion: Bob showed his plan for IBIS 7.0 editorial procedure, and reviewed its contents. A detailed document has been prepared by IQ to guide the parser developer. It is hard to locate the known issues for verification in the modified document. Michael M.: We could make some changes live in meetings. How many of these steps should be in the checklist? For example, dates shuold be changed in one pass. Bob: some BIRDs deviate from the standard formatting, for example double spacing. Mike: If it takes too long to verify as a group, we could divide the tasks among us. Mike showed the checklist. Implemented can be draft numbers. Verification can be given by name or meeting date. Mike: The checklist should be archived once we are done. Bob: It could be in the ver7.0 directory. Mike: It should not be in both places. Michael M.: We can migrate items to ver7.0 as needed once we are done. Michael M. showed the checklist and ver6.1. We verified changes: - Arpad, page 202. This is page 214 in draft1. Michael M.: GENERELA RESREVED PARAMETERS should be numbered section. Does it need to be a higher level heading. This is third level. Arpad: The items under 10.3 are not numbered, but items under 10.2 are. Radek: We should have consistency. MM: No change was made to draft1 for this. Bob: Page 214 now has GRP numbered. MM: We need to primarily decide about section 10. Arpad Muranyi to propose a consistent section numbering scheme [AR]. - Curtis, page 56. "GND" should be changed to "GND". This change has been made. - Muranyi, page 193. "Reserved_Parameter: is missing a plural "s". "Model_Specific" is used ni a sentence in which Reserved" is used without "_Parameters". Bob: We should use the proper names with underscores. Radek: they should be quoted too. Michael M.: The correction made was to take out the underscore, and fix the plurals. Bob: This new correction should be in the known issues document. We deferred the topic until the next meeting. The next meeting will take place Wednesday, August 15. Arpad Muranyi moved to adjourn. Radek Biernacki seconded. The meeting adjourned without objection.
