PSpice to Ibis?

Hello,

I need some help about Ibis Models.

I want to change PSice models into ibis models.

Where can I get s2ibis for windows? And is there an instruction
included?
Or is there a possibility to take the output of a PSpice simulation and
read it into the s2ibis on a workstation?
