Linux executable for s2ibis2

IBISfans,

A Linux executable of the s2ibis2_fix version has been placed
in the IBIS website

http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/s2ibis/s2ibis2_v1.1/

This is an ELF binary and will run on Linux.
