New IBIS-to-SPICE utility from Intusoft

IBISfans,

Intusoft(www.intusoft.com)has generated a FREE utility that can convert an IBIS
model version1.1, 2.1 or 3.0 into a SPICE model. We have added a link to this
tool from the IBIS website.
