s2ibis3 for IBISv3.2

IBISfans:

I was in a discussion with a model developer and this question that has been
on your mind for a while has come up again.

A majority of all models generated today use s2ibis2(from NCSU). IBIS has moved
onto ver3.2 and most of the data for the new features can only be generated
thru a SPICE conversion.

So, will the IBIS forum or the east coast users group come up with a funding
plan to generate a s2ibis3(for ver3.2) ?

The new ver3.2 is great but model providers need tools to generate such
models too.
