Official ibischk3 executables

To All:

The official Version 3.2.5 ibischk3 executables are
now available under

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ibischk3/

(A linux version will be uploaded soon)

The official EIA IBIS Web Site already links to this
directory under the FREE Tools link.

Older ibischk3 executables are temporarily available
under:

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ibischk3_old/

Thanks to Chris Rokusek for compiling the Unix
executables and Matthew Flora for compiling the
dos32 executable.
