Tco Min and Max timing test loads

Hi,

We are coming across various vendor specifications where Tco Min and Tco Max
have different AC test loads.

In IBIS, Vmeas, Cref, Rref and Vref allows ONE test load definations for
all Typ, Min and Max case.

How do the users deal with this and are they plans of adding timing test load
information based on Min or Max conditions.
