Net ARM + 40 IBIS model

Hello all -

I have a critical need for an IBIS model for the NETARM+40-3 processor
designed by Net Silicon and fabed by Atmel. The part number is
56504E0136973. Does anyone have an IBIS model for this particular part?
The design team has not been able to provide any assistance.
