Question regarding ICX

Hello IBIS Gurus,
                       I had a question regarding the ICX tool (Mentor
Graphics Signal Integirty Simulation Tool). From where does the tool get
the data regarding VHmax, VHmin, VLmax and VLmin which you see in the
graph?
