New IBIS ibischk3 Executables

To All:

New ibischk3 executables designate Version 3.2.6 have been uploaded
in the ibischk3 link from the EIA IBIS home page Free Tools site.

These executables are available at

  http://www.eda.org/pub/ibis/ibischk3/

Thanks to Guy de Burgh and Matthew Flora for generating them. The
Linux executable should be available shortly. The older Version 3.2.5
executables are archived under the same directory.
