BNF and EGG 1.0

Hello,

Randy Harr suggests a formal BNF notation for Ibis. I could
not agree more. I'm planning a YACC parser for IBIS, and have
the results from previous attempts. Anything I do in that domain
can be contributed to the forum.

I also agree with the "include" syntax. A library mechanism is
much preferable.

When EGG 1.0 hatches into a BIRD I'll be sure to take Randy's
comments into account.
