Ibis Folk,

I assumed the ramp specification was supposed to be the linear
portion of the ramp, representing an "ideal" slew rate. We
therefore calculate the rise time to be (delta-V)/(slew-rate)
where delta-V is the total voltage swing. In a simulation
a trapezoidal waveform with this rise-time drives the
switching time between two V/I curves (PullUp and PullDown).
This produces a waveform with a linear portion that has
approximately the specified slew-rate.
