IBIS Cookbook now on tap

 The IBIS Cookbook, ver 1.0, is now available on vhdl.org in the
 /pub/ibis/documents directory in a variety of flavors.

    cookbk.wfw Word for Windows 2.0 (Chocolate)
    cookbk.rtf Rich Text Format (Strawberry)
    cookbk.txt ASCII text file (Vanilla)

 Comments, changes, and additions should be forwarded to Stephen Peters
 (speters@ichips.intel.com).

 PS: I also moved the overview documents to this new /documents subdirectory.
