Birds & Eggs

Hello Jeff:

     Bird stands for Buffer Issue Resolution Document; it is
a formal, written proposal to change the specification.
An Egg is the informal proposal or idea for discussion that
(usually) procceds a bird. For an idea of what Birds look
like ftp to the vhdl.org, go to the /pub/ibis area and look in
the bird directory. Hope this helps.
