S2IBIS VERSION 1.3

To All:

s2ibis Version 1.3 is now available on vhdl.org under

  /pub/ibis/s2ibis/s2ibis/s2ibis_v1.3

This contains a correction of [Pullup] table currents
in the power clamp region. Before, the power clamp
currents appeared both in the [Power Clamp] table
and in the [Pullup] table due to a subtraction
indexing error.
