EDIF and DIE

Hellow IBIS land,

  I emailed Patti rusher and got the following info:

 1) EDIF V3 9 9 (ballot version of EDIF V4 0 0) is available, I
    will follow up getting a copy/s
 2) There is no license or usage fee for EDIF except purchasing the
    final document.
 3) The EDIF final document will be $495 for members and $895 for
    non-members.
 4) All comments on DIE have been addresed and finial version is
    rev 1.0.5.
