Hello Bob, other:

     In your changes you state that a Tedge_rate of zero
(0) means that the model is good for all edge rates. I
propose that a value of zero indicate that the model
has been validated at DC only (i.e. Dv/Dt = 0). Also,
now that the Tedge_rate parameter is optional, what
is it's default (non present) value? I propose
assuming a default value of zero (DC).
