Package L,C values

Hi,

The information I have from the packaging vendor contains:
        self-inductance
        mutual inductance
        bulk-capacitance
        mutual capacitance
Where the "mutual" is to adjacent leads.

How do I map this to the L and C values in the package section of the
IBIS model ? Should I add them ?
