Re: BIRD 45.1 -- Dynamic clamps

Thank you for your comments on the three V_trigger subparameters.
We will change the format to one subparameter and three values
(typ, min, max) in the next revision of the BIRD.

[Dynamic GND Clamp]

V_trigger 1.4V 1.2V 1.6V

The proposed format was borrowed from the subparameter V_fixture
under the [Rising Waveform] and [Falling Waveform] keywords
(BIRD 19.1). It turns out that in that case three subparameters
were used for historic reasons.
