NEW ibischk2+ executables.

To All:

Some new ibischk2+ Version 2.1.15 executables have been uploaded
to eda.org under /pub/ibis/ibschk2+. Executables for sgi and 32 bit
DOS (dos32) have not been uploaded.

The previous set of executables are stored under the old directory.

Thanks to Matthew Flora and Chris Rokusek for doing the updates.

The source code will be available to anyone who owns the ibischk2
source code licence. Let me know if you want a copy.
