Adobe Acrobat and Word formats have been uploaded in the Work in Progress
directory:

as ver3_2.pdf and ver3_2.doc. Thanks to Arpad Muranyi for supplying these
translations.
These exist along with the text format ver3_2.txt and the document showing
the changes - ver3_2g.ibs that were previously announced.
