Signal Integrity/IBIS Training

I am interested in attending a training class focusing on IBIS model development and/or high speed board level signal integrity. The signal integrity class should ideally be tool-independent and targeted to engineers requiring more than a "rule of thumb" understanding of the issues.

Any recommendations would be appreciated,
