In general, the Version of IBIS needs to be brought up to
the level of the highest version keyword or sub-parameter
within the file. This will allow it to pass ibischk3 at
the proper version level (which could be 1.1, 2.1 or 3.2).
In your case, just changing the Version number to 3.2 should
be sufficient when adding [Model Selector].

Because of the upward compatibility goal, no other changes
are necessary.
